In this research, we fabricated the tunable lasers with external resonators of polysilane optical waveguides for low cost multi-wavelength sources. Fabricated external resonators consist of the 1×3 optical switches and Bragg gratings. Heretofore, we individually fabricated 1×3 optical switch circuits and Bragg gratings. In this report, we fabricated the monolithic external resonator circuits with the two circuits for more low loss and more compact size. |
