| (in English) | By the RoHS directive, chromic conversion coating has come to be used widely as an alternative chromate conversion coating. However, Cr(?) is detected from chromic conversion coating, and the value is increased for the certain period. We did a high temperature test and high temperature / humidity test to the screw which performed chromic conversion coating processing, and analyzed examination of an acceleration factor and the adaptability of the accelerated test method. As a result, when examining 80℃95%RH, it turned out that the longitudinal variation of Cr(?) is accelerated, and early Cr(?) evaluation can be performed as well. | |
