| （英） | It is necessary to know how the contact voltage and the shape of bridge follow the time course for clarifying the physics of contact life time and contact resistance. In this paper, the contact voltage and the shape of bridge are measured when the contact is broken at low speed near the thermal equilibrium condition in which bridge is generated stably. And how the heating value and the thermal diffusivity effect on the shape of bridge are discussed by experiment. The time courses of the length and the diameter of the bridge were measured by images of high speed camera. In the results, the length of the bridge become long when the current increases at aluminum. The current dependency of length and the diameter of the bridge were not observed on copper. It is demonstrated that the diameter and the length of the bridge are influenced by the current and the thermal diffusivity. | |
