This research proposes the customizable learning contents-centric and knowledge-recycling-based e-Learning environment. This environment is based on the SCORM, LOM standardization technology and ontology, and provides the function which customizes learning contents. While referring and using learning information, experience wisdom, applied wisdom, and understanding wisdom, etc. from the learning contents accumulated in the learning community, or the Web learning resource, the learner acquires and reconstructs his own knowledge. And he accumulates the reconstructed knowledge in the learning community for reusing knowledge and forming aggregation knowledge, and also continues his learning. Such knowledge-recycling-based e-Learning is realized. |
