(in English) In this paper, We have assumed that electronic community currency in local SNS was used. As a result,
we newly introduced the evaluation index which used human relationship diagram together with the existing method.
By using only the measurement of the existing method, it was insufficient to measure how much we can trust a user.
However by introducing this evaluation method, it is possible to show the evaluation value from surroundings as a
more reliable index.
