| 抄録 | （和） | スポーツにおいて偽装動作（フェイント）は重要な要素であるが，その知覚的な効果を取り扱った研究は殆ど無い．本研究ではラグビー選手のステップを取り上げ，ステップが進行方向の知覚と予測に及ぼす影響を実験的に検討した．具体的には，1対1でのディフェンスを想定した場面で，走って来る選手の進行方向(右か左)を判断させ，その際の正答率と眼球運動を測定した．実験中の各試行では，眼前のスクリーンに呈示されるラグビー選手の映像が途中で止まり，観察者はその後の進行方向を予測した．実験結果によれば，偽装動作がある場合は，ラグビー選手の方が正答率は高くなり，偽装動作がない場合では一般人の方が正答率は高くなった． |
| （英） | Although deceptive movement is an important component in sports, there is little research on its perceptual effects. In this study, we examined the influence of rugby player’s steps upon perception and anticipation of the player’s running direction. We measured proportions of correct prediction and eye movements in a task simulating rugby’s one-to-one defense where the participant judged the running direction of an opponent player who was coming toward the participant. In each trial, the running motion of a rugby player was presented on the screen and terminated at a given moment, and the observer was asked to predict its forthcoming direction. The results showed that the proportion of correct was higher for rugby players when the presented stimuli included deceptive movement, whereas the proportion of correct was higher for novice counterparts when no deceptive movement was included. | |
