Analysis of nonuniform transmission line in the frequency domain using wavelet expansion

(in English) A method of nonuniform transmission line analysis in the frequency domain by using wavelet expansion is presented. In this method, the wavelet expansion is applied only to the partial differential for the space. Therefore, because the simultaneous equations with sparse coefficient matrix is obtained compared with the conventional multi-resolution analysis, the analysis can be advanced at high speed. Moreover, good approximations are obtained by using the center difference approximation for the discretization of the space, and the staggered discretization point of voltages and currents on nonuniform transmission line. A linear tapered transmission line is analyzed as a numerical example, and the effectiveness of this method is confirmed.
