| 抄録 | （和） | マルチスライスCT装置の発展に伴い計算機による自動診断や診断支援に大きな期待が寄せられている．気管支領域は気管支壁領域とその内部の気管支内空気領域から構成される．初期の肺がんや気管支喘息・気管支拡張症などの気道病変は，気管支壁の厚さが変化する病変であるが，診断が困難であるためにCT画像を用いた診断支援が望まれている．これらの病変を検出するにおいて，気管支の厚さが重要な情報となる．本研究では，マルチスライスCT画像から気管支壁の厚みを精度よく抽出するアルゴリズムについて検討を行う． |
| （英） | As multi-slice CT develops, there are great expectations for an automatic and computer-support diagnoses. This research is on bronchial area which is composed of the bronchial wall regions and the air regions in the internal bronchial tube. Since to diagnose this is difficult, support diagnosis using CT images is desired. The thickness of bronchial wall changes as the airway of early lung cancer, bronchial asthma and the bronchial enhancing syndrome and others changes into a malignant state. These changes are detected and the thickness of bronchial wall becomes important information. In this research, the extraction accuracy of the algorithm for bronchial wall evaluation is good. | |
