| 抄録 | （和） | 近年のソフト開発は，開発規模が拡大する一方，コスト削減，短納期化の社会的な傾向に直面しており，そのため,それらの傾向に対応できるスキルの高いプロジェクト管理者を求められている．しかし，プロジェクト管理者にはプロジェクトに関連する知識だけではなく豊富な経験が必要であるため，実務能力のある技術者育成を目標とする工科系大学教育の中では，育成することは困難な状況にある．本稿では，2006年度，2007年度に調査分析した「学生にプロジェクト管理スキルを習得させる上で必要となる機能」について述べると共に，それらの必要機能の一部を実装した工程管理支援ツールUPFL／P4の概要について紹介する．P4は2001年に考案したプロセス記述言語UPFL（Unified Process Flow Language）と工程管理支援ツールP１を基盤にしており，P1にカラードペトリネットによるプロセス管理機能，および作業のもつアーキテクチャパターンに着目して，WBS(Work Breakdown Structures)の入力を容易にする機能を追加したものである．さらにP4を学生の情報システム開発実験授業に適用したときの教育効果について述べる． |
| （英） | In recent years, the software projects tend to scale up its volume, besides, social environments are enforcing the projects to reduce the cost and shorten the delivery time. However, the required knowledge and skills for practical project manager are so widely dispersed therefore it is hard to experience the whole practical skills of project management in the college educations. This paper describes the major management functions for improving project management skill that were surveyed in 2006 and 2007 through software practice classes, and the outline of the process management tool UPFL/P4 which implemented several important functions to manage the project. The UPFL/P4 is base on UPFL(i.e. Unified Process Flow Language) and the process management tool P1 which was developed on 2001, and was enhanced process management function using the Colored Petri net concept and task input support functions that are thought up the analogy of Architecture patterns in the software design area. Furthermore, the paper describes educational efficiencies when the students used the P4 for managing information system developing experience classes. | |
