(in English) The living donor liver transplantation is a treatment option for those with a serious liver disease. This treatment needs careful planning to transplant a part of donor's liver to the recipient. The donor and the recipient take multi phase CT images before its operation. The doctor investigates the liver size, the hepatic blood vessel structure of the hepatic artery, the hepatic artery, the portal vein, and the bile duct, and the structures of the hepatic segment by using these CT images. In this paper, we describe analysis method of the hepatic blood vessel and the hepatic segment of the liver that support the treatment plan of the living donor liver transplantation using multi phase CT images.
