Taiwan is the prevailing area of B-type hepatitis. The most serious complications of B-type hepatitis are liver cirrhosis and liver tumor; these two diseases have been ranking in ten major causes of the death. Therefore, the examination of abdomen ultrasound is always focused on the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis and tumor. In this paper, we will propose an effective examination framework, which is based on the non-rigid image registration method, to track suspicious regions in the abdomen ultrasound images. The experimental results show that this proposed model can efficaciously detect the pathological variations and support the clinical diagnoses. |
