Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In an electric railway, a contact loss occurs intermittently between an overhead wire and a pantograph. In addition, many researchers have recently been studying the contact loss because it has some problems. In this paper, we study the qualitative property of nonlinear vibration system based on a rigid overhead wire-pantograph system. First, we explain a behavior of the system. Next, in order to consider the existence domain of the periodic and non-periodic solutions in this system, we derive 2-parameter bifurcation diagram. Finally, we show an experimental apparatus of the system.
