(in English) In the orthodox theory about electromagnetic wave propagation, vector potential A is induced first from current density j by wave equation. Then, using the potential A and Lorentz condition, scalar potential Φ is given. On the contrary, in the author proposed new theory, scalar or vector potentials are induced from charge densityρor current density j by means of each wave equation respectively. Therefore, there is symmetrical characteristics in the new theory to be able to induce A from Φ, or to induce Φfrom A as usual. The author introduces an idea of divergence factor α(ζ) and clarifies energy transportation at a wave antenna.
