Feasibility Study on Detecting Unusual Scenes for Indexing Sports Videos

(in English) For watching efficiently lots of TV programs recorded in DVR, it is important to index them. In this paper, we report on detecting unusual scenes of infield plays in baseball videos. Our detecting approach is to construct a series of classifier by using parameters of camerawork as a feature vector in videos of regular infield plays. We carried out an experiment on the data and we found that obvious error infield plays could be detected in 85% detection rate.
