A TCP Flow Control Method using Advertised Window based on MAC Layer Information in IEEE 802.11

(in English) We propose a %method for improving communication quality by TCP window flow control method with channel occupancy information in IEEE 802.11 MAC layer to improve communication quality.In congestion control of TCP, the window size %to acquire bandwidth is increased until congestion occurs.
But this control affects the communication quality of the other
communications via the same access point.To resolve this problem, we propose an advertised window controlling method with channel occupancy information in the receiver. %from the MAC layer.The channel occupancy is calculated by analyzing the network allocation vector in the MAC frame of the other terminals.Then, the congestion window size of the sender is adjusted not to affect communications for the other communications.Experimental evaluations show that our method works well under TCP communication from QoS viewpoint.
