| (in English) | TV programs and disasters could cause an enormous amount of access requests which can concentrate in a short period of time. In such a case, the server may get unstable or incapacitated, and users may not be able to access the server. To solve this problem, we proposed congestion control systems that temporarily suspend the users' requests at terminals. However, the proposed systems have a problem where the number of simultaneous connections fluctuates because only the mean service-time of connections was taken into account. This paper proposes an access control method for stabilizing the fluctuation of the number of simultaneous connections by considering the service-time distribution of each connections. Furthermore, we show the method of algebraic analysis for the fluctuation of the number of simultaneous connections of the proposed system. | |
