(in English) Due to the explosive growth the broad-band networks, several kinds of services over IP networks are uses and the traffic of the network is getting huge. Thus, from the maintenace of network, it is important to understand mutual relations between the behavior of network and the quality of exprience (QoE) of the application services. Especially, a new paradigm network that is much discussed in these days.
The goal of this study is to establish a way to evaluate mutual relations for the design of future networks. This paper shows the basic methods to measure the activities of 4K video steraming pakcets over the IP network with hardware-implemented NTPs.
