| 抄録 | （和） | 発声する時、単語より無意味単語によってブローカ野はより強く賦活されることが報告されている。しかし、単語の親密度がブローカ野の活動に影響するかどうかはまだわからない。本研究は親密度が高い単語、低い単語、無意味単語を用いて、ブローカ野の賦活を検討した。親密度が高い単語より、親密度が低い単語の発声によってブローカ野の一部で強い賦活が見られた。本研究の結果により、発声時におけるブローカ野の賦活は単語の親密度に依存することが示唆された。 |
| （英） | Broca’s area has been shown to be more extensively activated in articulating pseudowords than real words. However, it is not clear whether word familiarity affects the activation in Broca’s area during articulation. In the present study, we used low and high familiarity words, and pseudowords of the same length to investigate this problem in an overt articulation task. Low familiarity words activated a part of Broca’s area more intensely than high familiarity words. We postulate that the restricted part in Broca’s area is activated depending on the word familiarity level during articulation. | |
