A Report on Developing a Meta-Web-System "GECOD" -- On Authentication, Authorization and Fundamentals of Generated Web Systems --

(in English) There are many works that can be efficiently done by means of Web
systems. Collecting various information in questionnaires of an
organization is such a typical example. Making such Web systems
available in a short period of time and at low costs greatly
contributes to efficient management of organizations. Developing Web
systems, however, requires programming skills on CGI, such as HTML or
PHP, spending long working time and resulting in high
costs. Furthermore, it is not always the case where everyone can
easily generate desired Web systems.

In order to improve this situation, we have been developing a meta Web
system "GECOD" that can easily generate Web applications by means of a
simple operations such as clicking a mouse button.

GECOD helps those who do not have expertise in developing such Web
systems obtain desired ones easily, leading to efficient
job-processing. In addition, if experts utilize GECOD then efficiency
of development can be improved.

This report focuses on authentication, authorization and some
fundamentals in collecting and displaying information, among functions
to be incorporated into Web systems generated by GECOD. Also explained
is future extensibility.
