(in English) Impedance of a conductor with an rectangular cross section are computed by the cross section is subdivided into small segments. To this end, an integral equation is derived of the current density distribution at subdivided cross sections. This equation is transformed to a set of linear simultaneous equations by the method of moments. In the numerical calculations, the impedance characteristics that considered influence of substrate loss are discussed in physically for an isolated conductor.
