(in English) We propose a method that can efficiently (cost and time) advance projects by allowing architect designers to create the most effective illustrations to explain the service concepts of new technologies. The method combines three ideas for a significant synergistic effect. One is using only text to pass technical details to the architect designers to ensure the originality of their illustrations, another is the use of video conferencing to increase the number of design iterations (and shorten the production schedule), the third is the use of a multi-discipline project manager to maintain overall focus.
