(in English) Improving quality of care service is needed. We have developed web application sharing care knowledge Information for supporting team care. We have implemented monitoring function to share daily care information and care conference function to support online conference on this system. This paper reports development of web application sharing care knowledge Information, result of demonstration experiment and gives some considerations on this system.
