(in English) In these days, many problems such as internet fraud are occurred in the internet by abnormal increase of internet spread. In this paper, we introduce the current states of the education of the internet ethics in Korea. We developed the text for the education of the internet ethics in the university. Now, experimentally we test the knowledge for the internet ethics of the university students. We intro duce a few education policy of the internet ethics in Korean government this year. Finally, we propose a few international cooperation methods for the smart and sound internet..
