A Routing Scheme with Wavelength Aggregation in Wavelength Switched Optical Networks

(in English) When setting a wavelength path in wavelength switched optical networks,
the same wavelength have to be used by all the links on the path from the source node to the destination node. It is called wavelength continuity constraint.
In this paper, we propose a routing scheme in which wavelength information is aggregated and advertised with taking the wavelength continuity constraint into account. The proposed scheme can reduce the data size of the wavelength information stored in a control message, and even when the number of wavelengths increases, the data size does not change. A simulation shows the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
