| (in English) | Ultira-WideBand (UWB) systems have recently gained popularity for short range high rate communications. UWB systems make use of huge bandwidth in comparison with the other wireless communication systems. Consequently, the UWB spectrum causes serious interference to the other systems whose spectrum overlaps the UWB band. Therefore, we have to get to Detect-And-Avoid (DAA) technologies which detect the other systems and control the transmit power of the UWB devices not to interfere with the other systems. In this paper, we propose a new scheme to suppress interference in the other systems using weighting factors for MB-OFDM systems. Our proposed method can effectively suppress the emission power in interference band using several frequency carriers out of available carriers to avoid degradation of transmission efficiency. By computer simulations, we show performances of the proposed scheme in comparison with the conventional one. | |
