Approximation of Dynamical Systems by Continuous Time Recurrent Neural Networks -- Extension to Non-autonomous Systems, and Approximate Extended Conditions --

(in English) As the theoretic capability of recurrent neural networks, approximate realization to trajectories of dynamical systems was shown. However, in the proof of approximation capability of continuous time recurrent network, there is a restriction as approximation to only the autonomous dynamical system which has no external input. In this paper, we show that the approximation capability of continuous time recurrent networks can be extended to the non-autonomous dynamical system with external input signals. Moreover, if the dynamical system has an asymptotically stable periodic solution for periodic external input, it is shown that the approximation to trajectories which converge to the periodic solution can be extended to global time interval.
