Solution-processible organic semiconductor materials have merits towards large area devices and low-cost processes. We fabricated solution-processed crystalline thin films using precursors of benzoporphyrin (BP) materials, which have rigid chemical structure, and observed high mobility of 2cm2/(Vs). We also observed high stability for driving, which originates from rigid chemical structure. Organic LED (OLED) panels driven by solution-processed organic TFT were fabricated, making the most of these fine properties of BP materials, and showed good motions. Studies for high reliability or matching suitable for actual production processes are being done from now on. |
