Characteristic Analysis of the Microstrip Antenna Attached with Electromagnetic Wave Absorber as a Noise Reduction Model

(in English) Electromagnetic wave noises which are radiated from around electronic devices like video tips or circuits on Digital High Vision TVs cause many problems such as malfunction of other devices by the interference to electronic circuits. Although radiation to the outside of the electromagnetic wave noises can be shielded by metal plate and so on, the electronic devices which are the noise sources may malfunction by reflection waves inside. So reducing their influence by electromagnetic wave absorber is being suggested. In this research, we used silicon carbide ceramic which is superior in heat conductance as the electromagnetic wave absorber and the microstrip antenna which is supposed to be the noise source attached with the electromagnetic absorber backed with a metal plate as a noise reduction model. And we considered the effect of the electromagnetic wave absorber by simulation using FDTD method and experiment.
