[Invited Talk] Color Films as Organic Devices -- Single-Crystalline Monomolecular Layers of J-Aggregated Dyes --

(in English) It is pointed out that color films are organic devices with single-crystalline mono-molecular layers of J-aggregated dyes as photo-sensors and tabular silver halide grains as substrates. From this viewpoint, analyaes and explanations are made on the molecular arrangement, interaction with substrates, electronic structure of the interface with substrates, migration and dissociation of excitons, carrier transport, and preparation method of the dye layers.
