| 抄録 | （和） | 筆者らは，市販装置によって構成されるIP網の，運用中の信頼性管理の重要性を訴求し，実際の故障データを駆使した管理技術の研究を行っている．信頼性管理尺度としては，故障率，不稼働率，保全度などが代表的であり，これまでに故障による影響ユーザ数と社会的影響を考慮した不稼働率推定法を確立した．更に保全度の基礎検討を行い，故障によるサービス中断時間が混合対数正規分布に従い，かつその混合分布の数と故障修理アクションが対応することを明らかにした．故障率については，1ヶ月単位の平均故障率が多用されているが，通信ネットワークの装置はユーザ数に応じて配備台数が変動するため，正確な値が求められないという問題がある．本稿では装置の配備台数と累積故障件数を用いて，測定時刻に対する故障率を 推定する方法を提案する．さらに実際の故障データを用いた分析から，提案方法の 優位性についても述べる． |
| （英） | The authors have been insisted on the importance of reliability management for IP networks constructed of commercial equipments, and studied the management technique using the actual failure data. Failure rate, unavailability, and maintainability are the typical measures for the reliability management of telecommunication networks. The authors have established the unavailability estimation method considering the failure scale and social influence. Moreover, the authors have clarified that the service outage times have the mixed log-normal distribution and that the actions for repairs is related tothe number of mixtures. The average failure rate calculated from a month of failure data is often used. However, the accurate failure rate is not always obtained. It is because the number of users and equipments in telecommunication networks changes. In this paper, the authors propose the method for estimating the instantaneous failure rate by using the number of equipments and cumulative failures. And the strength of our proposal is shown over the analysis using actual field data. |
