| 抄録 | （和） | 本論文はインターネットに於けるクラウドの倫理的課題を示す．クラウドは，インターネットのリソースに関する意味論モデルとURL,URIが結合した論理システムである，と定義する．その上で，クラウドと検索エンジンの組合せによる社会システムを前提として考察する．論理システムは自己言及的（オートポイエシス的）システムと見做される．そして，「多様な意味論を持つ論理システムが相互の作用関係によって接続されるシステム」を提示する．社会システムが健全であるためには論理システムの健全性が必要条件である．論理システムは，人や個々の社会システムが持つ多様な心的価値観を保全する．この様な意味論で世界を記述し，定理を推論する情報フロー制御システムをエージェントに組み込む．エージェントは情報フロー制御を通して多様な価値観の社会システムを接続する論理システムの役割を果たす． 本論文では，その様にして提示される論理システムに於いて引き起こされる矛盾，即ち，利便性を保つ事と，多様な価値観を保つ事の間で生じる矛盾を示す．そして，クラウドに於ける倫理的課題は，その様な両刃の剣をいかにメタ倫理的に解釈するか，と言う課題に還元される事を示す． |
| （英） | In this paper ethical problems of the cloud in the Internet is shown. The cloud is defined as follows; the cloud is a logical system that united the semantics model concerning the resource of the Internet with URL and URI. Next, the ethics issue is considered on the assumption of a social system that combines the cloud and the search engine. logical systems is considered to be a self-referred (autopoiesis) system. And, we present the system; which is composed of logical systems with various semantics, and the logical systems are connected by the action relations of each other. The soundness of a logical system that maintains various values of human and social systems is the necessary condition for a social system to be sound. We propose the following agents; the semantics describes the world, and the information flow control system that infers the theorem is built into the agent. The agent plays the role of a logical system that connects social systems of various values through the information flow control. In this paper, the following contradiction caused to the presented logical system is shown; the contradiction between keeping convenience, and keeping various values. And, an ethical problem in the cloud is reduced to the problem that is how to interpret the sword with a double edge as a meta ethics. |
