In recent years, the durability of aluminum electrolytic capacitors improved, and the one to have long life increased. It needs long period of time to grasp the life of aluminum electrolytic capacitors even on the accelerated test.
Therefore, it becomes difficult to grasp the reliability of the electric components. This report introduces the consideration of life artificial presumption and the short period examination method which aimed at diffusion phenomena of the electrolytic solution which is the main factor of the degradation failure of the aluminum electrolytic capacitors. |
