Faulure Analysis of connector for Power Supply -- The example of Galvani corrosion due to deficiency of plating thickness --

(in English) A Communication system malfunction occurred due to contact failure of connector for power feeding. The root cause was found, that the plating thickness is smaller than the specification and the base metal is exposed , as the result, contact between different metals created and Galvani corrosion happened. This paper introduce this issue and process of root cause analysis .
