Performances of Wristband-Implanted Type RFID Antenna

(in English) Recently, RFID systems have been widely developed. The wristband type RFID tag is one of the applications for personal identification. In the case of wristband type, the RFID antenna is vicinity of a human, the human body affects the antenna characteristics. In this paper, the antenna in wristband was numerically analyzed, and some characteristics of the RFID antenna were experimentally measured using the biological tissue-equivalent solid phantom. As a result, characteristics of the antenna were clarified. Moreover, radiation gain improved by loading a reflector.
