(in English) I report the today’s Japanese Medical circumstances and our challenges. I emphasize the importance of ICT of health information and introduce the earlier studies about characteristics of health information. I explain Evidence-Based Medicine and health rerated quality and their relationship. I state what we need to do in order to improve the health rerated quality from the stand point of health information and communication system development.
