Optimization of Vehicle Allocation and Routing Planning Using Genetic Algorithm

(in English) In late years the distribution tends to become large scale and complicated. It is necessary to draw up the most suitable allocation of cars plan that accepted the needs of tens or hundreds of customers. Therefore, it expects that immediate introduction of vehicle allocation and routing system because it is not most suitable.
In vehicle allocation and routing system, the genetic algorithm(GA) has been used as probabilistic search technique, but enormous calculation time is necessary. In this study we shortened calculation time by using a single gene in "vehicle allocation" and "vehicle routing" and giving the generation method of an initial individual change in “vehicle routing”. In this paper, the proposed method and the method used GA in “vehicle allocation” and “vehicle routing” separately are compared of the computational time and the vehicle number, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is shown.
