(in English) Department of Biocybernetics, Faculty of Engineering, Niigata University, opened a PC class for the visually impaired who lived in Niigata Prefecture, in cooperated with Niigata Prefectural Association of the Visual Impairment, in 2003. So far, we have had twelve classes for six years. In this technical report, we reported this PC class, which is one of the contribution of Niigata University to the visually impaired.
