Video/Audio Data Analysis on Streaming Delivery Services

(in English) Video and audio streaming delivery services have recently increased as the Internet is getting high-speed and large capacity. In video and audio delivery services, the same data might be transmitted from the delivery source when two or more users simultaneously watch the same program. If the source transmits the same or similar data to multiple destinations, pseudo multicast technologies such as Xcast and μSEcast enable more efficient data delivery. It is thus necessary to analyze the transmitted data. In this paper, we measure streaming data of video and audio delivery services when several users watch the same program, and analyze the sameness and similarity of the data.
