(in English) The discussion concerning the next generation communication system such as the fourth generation mobile systems and NGN (Next Generation Network) has been activated. Therefore, the decision of the service quality criterion necessary for the design of such a system is required. Various examinations for enhancing from the QoS (Quality of Service) criterion to the QoE (Quality of Experience) criterion are advanced about the service quality, and attention has gathered in service, the application, and the system design from the perspective of users. In this report, authors proposed integrated quality evaluation model of communication services in consideration of usage environment, psychological status and so on. We also reported results of experiments.
