A Design of Virtual Clinic Interprise Model on P2P Network

(in English) We construct global medical collaboration Interprise Model with the design of a virtual clinic and attempting the cooperation of an electronic letter of introduction with 3D image processing support function and the care card on the Internet. The cooperation of the medical information among each medical institution and medics is indispensable in global medical collaboration. In this research, the construction of a system is aimed at by using the P2P communication method instead of the C/S type, and it proposes new global medical collaboration system architecture that solves the problem of the processing speed decrease in a large amount of data transfer of 3D image. A practicality evaluation of P2P type visualization clinic Interprise Model was tried by actually setting up the virtual clinics. In addition, the result is possible to shorten more than BSDM about 30% at transfer time.
