(in English) In this report, we propose a self adjustment technique of the growth-deciding parameters for a region-growing image-segmentation algorithm based on the HSV color space.
The algorithm segments an image based on connection weights which represent the degree of similarity between neighboring pixels.
Segmentation failures occasionally with the basic algorithm, if these growth-deciding parameters are fixed.
A histogram method, which considers the important features enables the self adjustment of the growth-deciding parameters,
and is found to the image segmentation accuracy substantially.
