Reconsideration of the privacy specialized to Infromation age

(in English) The purpose of this paper is reconsider the concept of privacy in the infomation age. In this article, I argue that privacy is not defined as "restricted access theory" or "control theory" and is not to be used as a means to evaluate or use the information in public.
Protection of privacy is possible in three practical ways based on my definition of privacy. One is to label a "privacy mark" on the information. Another is not to evaluate or use information that has a "privacy mark" label on it when we make decisions. And the other is to open processes and criteria of making decisions in public.
