(in English) This research proposes methods for extracting the discussion processes from e-mails. We aim to extract the discussion processes in utterance level while almost existing methods treat the discussion processes in e-mail level. Specifically, this research initially designs the framework consist of three processes; utterance grouping based on topics, extraction of discussion structures and discussion states. This paper mainly describes extraction methods for each process and preliminary evaluation through experiments with proposed the methods.
