| 抄録 | （和） | The propagation of electromagnetic radiation through the atmosphere is affected by the random fluctuations of the refractive index that result from random fluctuations in the ionosphere or the turbulent mixing of the air in the troposphere driven by heat sources such as the sun's heating of the ocean or land. This effect is difficult to model analytically; reasonable models exist only for the weak and strong scintillation approximations. Numerical simulation using phase-screens can produce effective representation of the effect. This paper will present a summary of the foundations of the phase-screen method to numerically model the effect of scintillation in the atmosphere. |
