Micro Structure analysis of Pulmonary alveolus by using Micro X-ray Images

(in English) Diagnosis of very early stage disease by observation at micro level is very important and interesting issue. The conversion of images at micro level of normal lung and with very early stage disease forms of the lung and the quantitative analysis of morphology on the images can contribute to the chest image diagnosis of the next generation. The collection of highly minute CT images is expected by using high resolution Micro CT scanner for converting the images. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure of secondary pulmonary lobule of the lung. We show the structure of the pulmonary alveolus and the lung capillary vessel that runs in the pulmonary alveolus. The method is done through the image reconfiguration from the projection image of Micro CT.
