In most projects of software development, changes in requirements and elicitation throughout the project can be one of the most serious causes of schedule delays. We examined the actual status of requirements elicitation processes from the development history data of the actual project. As a result, we clarified that there were mainly three types of requirement elicitation processes. PM (Project Management) patterns to prevent schedule delays caused by requirements elicitation from the result have been extracted. This time, when applying PM patterns, the concept of the two-dimensional framework was arranged, and PM patterns were improved. In this paper, we report the result and discuss the directivity of our future research. |
