Improvement of the optical property of ZnS-based inorganic EL phosphor by Microwave Sintering

(in English) The optical properties of ZnS-based phosphor sintered by Microwave were investigated in this paper. We sintered ZnS powder which contains two kinds of particle size and ZnS+Cu mixed powder in air or in vacuum. A strong photo luminescence (PL) peak around 450 nm was observed from the ZnS powder which particle size is larger sintered by Microwave in vacuum. And PL and electro luminescence (EL) peak around 450 nm were observed from the ZnS+Cu mixed powder sintered by Microwave in vacuum.
