We aims for the formation of ferroelectric thin films by inkjet print method. There is an advantage that this method can draw directly in an arbitrary patterns. Up to now, unstability that the solution used as ink coagulated in air had become a problem. Then, the stability improvement of the solution was tried by using Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as a protection material. In this report, it is described for the PVP mixtured solution not to coagulate, and to be able to form the crystalline bismuth titanate thin films. |
