Discussion on an evaluation of skill acquisition process using EMG

(in English) I Changing stiffness when exercising is known. It happens by different of exercise skill level or a kind of the exercise. Osu suggested that stiffness go down with skill improve when output the same torque. I output the same torque. That is possibility efficient exercise with skill improve. However, I think that is only one of the direction of the changing stiffness with skill improve. The exercise has various kinds. It needs high-power, keeps constant-power and copes with dynamic disturbance. "The offer of the stable performance" is common with in any kind of exercises. Its success rate of the exercise rises with skill improve that early exercising have low success rate. It means it is steady showing that the method to bring exercise to success. In other words I thought that the reason is convergence of time change of stiffness. This article studies probability of exercise skill assessment with changing stiffness with skill improves.
