(in English) We are designing a distributed multiple server system with Web-DB based services, which will be able to play a role of both providing an environment for cooperative study and supporting emergency communication. In many instances, almost other system used to be designed as so-called dedicated system only in order to provide an environment for cooperative study, otherwise to support emergency communication. In other words, these two needs (= two different functions) frequently seem to be mutually exclusive events so that they may be realized sometimes independently with absolutely different methodologies.
In our case, however, two different aims are to be accomplished by one identical system. Not only such a case is low cost and efficient, but also it feels at home and is easy to be used even though in any (= extraordinary or emergent) condition. It will be designed to work together with its pre-registered clients such as mobile personal computers, smart phones (PDAs/enhanced cellular phones) and so on. It will also perform HTTP-based multimedia information communication among above clients and compute multimedia information processing such as database service, simple image recognition, user management and emergency contact.
